Salary and Benefits
EBRC's compensation is based on the official annual salary scales for academic technical and scientific staff in the chemical industry, according to the agreements of the VAA (Association of Employed Academics and Executives in the Chemical Industry) and the BAVC (Federal Employers' Association for Chemistry).
